Port Royal Lake Chevrolet Mother’s Night/Camera & Autograph Night This Week

Moms get in for $10, general admission granted pit access, four-divisions on tap

PORT ROYAL, Pa. – The first four-division racing program of the season is on tap this Saturday night, May 7 at 7 pm at Port Royal Speedway on Lake Chevrolet Mother’s Night/Camera & Autograph Night.

Sponsored by the Lake family of auto dealerships in Lewistown, Pa., fans who purchase a general admission ticket will be permitted access to the pit area to meet and greet drivers from 5 until 6 pm.

Racing at the track this Saturday will be the Weikert’s Livestock 410 sprints, Aumiller’s Insurance super late models, Gray’s Auto & Towing econo late models and the Len Krautheim Auto Sales xtreme stocks.

Both the econo lates and the xtreme stocks will be making their season debut at this week’s show.

General admission gates open at 5 pm with adult general admission priced at $15 and students ages 12 – 18 admitted for $7.

In honor of all mothers on Mother’s Day weekend, all moms will be granted general admission for the price of just $10. In addition, a special Moms Bus Ride will take place around the track at intermission.

Having fallen victim to rain on April 30, the make-up 305 sprint main from April 30 has been rescheduled for May 14.

May 14 will be River Valley Builders Free Student/Youth Baseball and Softball Team Uniform Night at Port Royal Speedway.

All students ages 12 – 18 will be admitted for free on May 14.

Racing at the track will include 410 sprints, late models, the PASS/IMCA 305 sprints and the econo late models at 7 pm.

The track is closed for Spring Break on May 21.
