PORT ROYAL, Pa. – The Port Royal Speedway racing program coming up this Saturday, July 2 at 7:30 pm will mark the return of the dual-track, Moon Shine Camo Rt. 35 Dirt Late Model Challenge Series to the oval after hosting the inaugural series’ maiden event back on April 23.
Beavertown’s Hayes Mattern claimed the inaugural series’ kickoff on April 23.

PORT ROYAL, Pa. – Greg Hodnett started eighth and drove through the field to win the 25-lap 410-sprint car feature at Port Royal Speedway on Saturday night to record his sixth oval checkers of the season, worth $3,200.

PORT ROYAL, Pa. – Noblesville, Indiana’s Bryan Clauson stormed into Port Royal Speedway on Saturday night on his 2016 circular insanity tour as part of the 10th annual USAC Eastern Storm tour itself and by the time the rowdy event had passed over, Clauson had etched his historic name in the record books of the historic oval.
Clauson stormed forward from deep in the pack to claim the 30-lap, $6,000 USAC National Sprint Series main event and become the 183rd different driver to win a sprint car main at Port Royal. Read more »

Mark Smith takes $3,000 URC victory
PORT ROYAL, Pa. – Greg Hodnett used a late race restart to make a two-car pass and sweep into the lead and win worth $10,000 in Sunday night’s second round of the 2016 Port Royal Speedway Bob Weikert Memorial Sprint Car Series.
The victory was the second for Hodnett at the speedplant in 24 hours after he took round on worth $5,000 on Saturday night to start the three-day show that ends on Memorial Day evening. Read more »
