Port Royal Is The Place For Sprints And Lates In 2015!

Port Royal – Port Royal Speedway is the place to be for sprint car and late model racing during the upcoming 2015 racing season, set to kick off in March before ending with a three-week run on October 10, 17 and 24.

The just released 2015 slate of events features nearly 40 total sprint car events including competition for 410 sprints, 305 sprints, URC sprints and the super sportsman.

And the super late models have been taken up a notch for the year ahead with their total shows jumping up to 22 in total to go along with some 14 shows for the now popular yet relatively new 355-econo late models.

Also appearing will be xtreme stocks, legends, four cylinders and the All American Outlaws.

The season gets started at Port Royal on Saturday, March 14 at 6 pm with the 410 sprints and super late models, paying $3,500 and $2,000 to win, respectively.

Back in the fold this season at Port Royal will be the USAC, All Stars and World of Outlaws sprint cars.

Under the leadership of new series owner Tony Stewart, the Port Royal All Stars invasions on April 25 for the Bob Weikert Memorial and for the two-day Tuscarora 50 races in September should be bigger and better than ever.

The wingless stars of USAC will return to the oval on June 6 along with the popular ARDC Midgets and the EMMR/Penn Central Racing Reunion.

And the World of Outlaws Sprint Cars will put an exclamation point on the 2015 season with the final oval show of the year on October 25.
