Penske Shocks To Sponsor Port Royal Dream Race Hard Luck Award Saturday

Free Set Of Shocks To Be Awarded Valued At $1,000 Plus

Live Pay Per View Streaming Of Dream Race Slated

PORT ROYAL, Pa. – Penske Shocks will sponsor the Dream Race Hard Luck Award at this Saturday’s Port Royal Speedway Living Legends Dream Race.

Penske will award one complete set of Penske Shocks, valued at over $1,000, following the conclusion of the Dream Race B Main.

After all the qualifiers have been chosen including the 25th fan voted starter from the B Main, the shocks will be awarded to the non-qualifying driver who has entered the most Port Royal shows prior to August 6.

In the event of a tie between drivers, the shocks will be awarded to the driver who has the least amount of total points accumulated this season up to the August 6 Dream Race.

Penske Shocks has been a long time sponsor and supporter of the Port Royal Dream Race and is proud to continue the tradition in 2016.

Plans are in place for pay-per-view live streaming of Saturday’s Port Royal Speedway Living Legends Dream Race.

There of course will be no substitute for attending in person but the Port Royal sprinting special will be hosted live on for those who just can’t attend.

Streaming price for the show at Port Royal is $27 for those who wish to log on.

Adult general admission for the show in person is likewise $27.

Racing at Port Royal begins with time trials at 7 pm on Saturday followed twin semi mains for the sprints and a 35-lap Dream Race A Main plus a full program of super late model racing.

Honored as Living Legends this year will be driver Randy Wolfe and car owners John and Pee Wee Zemaitis.

Viewers can log on early for the pre-race activities surrounding the show as well as special flashback segements that highlight area greats throughout the broadcast.
