Payout

All drivers must have a completed W9 on file in the office. New W9s are required at the start of each racing season. Forms must be completed NEATLY and LEGIBLY or drivers will not be paid. W9s and direct depost forms can be found under rules/forms section of the driver info tab on this website.

Payout checks for weekend races are written and mailed the Monday following the conclusion of the race (if a holiday, then Tuesday). Checks for midweek races are issued the following business day. All checks are mailed from the Port Royal post office that afternoon. Please allow approximately two weeks for your check to arrive. If you do not receive it, please email the office at info@portroyalspeedway.com with the driver’s name, car number, and race date. A replacement check will then be issued.
